Postage and Turn around times

Postage

All packages are sent through Australia Post. I cannot guarantee delivery turn around times. Postage within Australia can be anywhere between 2 and 10 working days. International postage can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please take that into consideration when placing your order. Turn around time is on top of delivery time. If you require express post, please purchase that as an extra item.
Once your order has been shipped, I cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to your package.
All items are sent via regular mail. They are packaged safely and posted in a waterproof satchel.
We offer international postage with all our items. The customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.

Turn Around Time

Currently rompers, leggings and shorties are up to 3 weeks plus post. Headwraps and topknots are up to 2 weeks plus post.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only available for some items. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item to make an agreed arrangement. Refunds and exchanges aren't available for custom orders. Return shipping to me must be paid for by the customer and item must be in original, unworn condition.
